Location & Trip Data

Location and trip-related data may be used to support pickup and dropoff handling, route coordination, booking records, and ride support. This includes addresses you enter, trip timing, ride status, and related trip activity while the service is being used.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. RideWithRiders does not store full card numbers in this static customer app flow. Payment-related records may include booking amounts, payment status, and limited transaction references needed for receipts, support, and refund handling.

Data Protection

RideWithRiders applies reasonable technical and operational measures to protect customer data and limit access to authorized service operations. We retain information needed for bookings, receipts, account support, legal compliance, and service administration.
